4. Your account may be terminated at any time without reason and without prior notice.
5. Sphere and all its services may shut down at any time without prior notice.
6. We are not responsible for any content of links on our or our user's pages.

In other words: We do our best to keep data safe and Sphere running, but we cannot be held liable for anything that happens to your data or any of the services. We recommend backing up important data.
